Pam's Yoga Fitness Class

Eight-week class at the Los Altos Hills Recreation Department

Next session starts September 17th.

Pam's Yoga Fitness: Yoga, meditation and Pilates. Stretch, relax, and strengthen. Learn to be in your body.

Wednesdays, 8 weeks, 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, USA. Fee: $105.00 for LAH residents, $115.00 for non-residents

Registration for the next three sessions is NOW OPEN. Three ways to register:

Students who enjoy this class also enjoy golf, tennis, walking, gardening and/or working out. The class is for people who like a vigorous, quiet workout followed by meditation.  

Schedule

"Session 1" in progress, ends November 5th.

"Session 2" starts November 12th and has three breaks:
November 26th--Thanksgiving Eve,
December 24th--Christmas Eve
December 31st--New Years Eve,
Last class=January 21th.

"Session 3" starts February 4th and runs without a break until March 25th.
